TEST. DON’T GUESS. is a small nutrition coaching business based in Norway. We help people stop guessing about omega-3 and nutrition by starting with a measurement, building a plan around their life, and measuring again.

What we believe

• Measure before you change things. A baseline beats an assumption.
• Understand, don’t just follow. Clients learn how nutrition works, so they can adjust on their own.
• Retest. The only way to know if something worked.

What we are, and aren’t

We are nutrition coaches. We are not doctors, clinical nutritionists or other health personnel, and we never use those titles. We don’t diagnose or treat anything. If a value is outside the lab’s reference range, we refer you to your GP.

We are an independent partner of Zinzino. The tests in our programs are ordered through Zinzino, in the client’s own name. Coaching is our own business.
